Terms of service

Last updated: 28 July 2026

These terms are the agreement between you and the operator of Blogotter. By creating an account you accept them. If you do not agree with them, do not use the service.

1. Who provides the service

Blogotter is operated by Iacopo Bonandi, sole proprietorship “BONANDI IACOPO”, Lugo (RA), Italy — VAT no. IT02776330397. Contact: privacy@blogotter.com.

2. The service

Blogotter plans, generates and publishes SEO articles for websites you control. It selects and checks keywords, generates article drafts and images using artificial-intelligence providers, runs quality checks, publishes to the endpoints you configure, and tracks the published pages. The service is intended for business and professional use.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering, keep your credentials confidential, and be entitled to act for the websites you connect. You are responsible for what happens under your account. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or threatens the integrity of the platform.

4. Free trial

A new workspace starts with a free trial: 3 complete articles on 1 site, for seven days, with no payment card required. When the trial ends, or its allowance is used, the workspace becomes read-only until a paid plan is started. One trial per person; we may refuse trials to addresses or domains that abuse the offer.

5. Plans, payment and taxes

Paid plans are billed as a subscription through Stripe. The current plans are:

  • Starter — €29 per month: 10 articles a month, 1 site, 2 team members, 3 section rewrites per article, 2 image regenerations per article.
  • Growth — €79 per month: 30 articles a month, 3 sites, 5 team members, 3 section rewrites per article, 2 image regenerations per article.

All prices exclude VAT, which is added where applicable at checkout. Allowances are enforced by the application itself; the figures above are read from the same catalogue it enforces. Plan prices may change — an existing subscription is told in advance and never repriced mid-period. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law says otherwise.

6. AI-generated content

Articles and images are generated by artificial-intelligence models. They can contain errors, omissions or statements that are wrong for your business.You are responsible for reviewing content before it is publishedand for everything you choose to publish, including its accuracy and its compliance with the laws that apply to you.

We make no promise about search-engine outcomes. Where your pages rank, whether they are indexed, and how much traffic they receive is decided by search engines, not by us.

7. Your content

Everything in your workspace — briefs, keywords, generated articles and images, and anything you publish — belongs to you. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the licence needed to operate the service: to store your content, process it through the providers that generate and check it, and deliver it to the publishing endpoints you configure. To the extent the generated output attracts any rights of ours, we assign them to you on creation.

8. Acceptable use

You must not use Blogotter to:

  • publish content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes the rights of others;
  • generate spam, deceptive content, or content for sites you have no right to publish on;
  • probe, overload or interfere with the platform, or evade its limits and security measures;
  • resell or provide the service to third parties as your own without our agreement.

9. Cancellation and deletion

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it stays active until the end of the period already paid. After cancellation the workspace enters a 90-day retention period, read-only, during which you can reactivate it. Stored publishing credentials are destroyed at the start of that period, and at the end of it the workspace's content is permanently deleted. Details, including the warnings we send first, are in the privacy policy.

10. Warranties and liability

The service is provided “as is”. We work to keep it available and correct, but we do not warrant uninterrupted operation, and we depend on third-party providers we do not control. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes, account holders are notified by email at least 30 days before the change takes effect; continuing to use the service after that date means accepting the new terms. The current version is always at blogotter.com/terms.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Italian law. For any dispute the competent court is the Court of Ravenna, Italy — except where you use the service as a consumer, in which case the mandatory forum provisions of your country of residence apply.
